STUFF

I used to have a very close friend, whose name was Larry lin, we knew each other when we were born, he loves red color cloths and he was very thin since the primary school. and we grew up together. Of course, we read the same high school, but since we began our high school life, Larry changed, he had become a silent guy, he didn't want to say anything, and he looked depressed everyday. That was very strange to me.
One day, Larry asked me to go to the small village nearby our school, and I went there, there was no people, i just heard dog barked, so I just walked, suddenly, a old man apeared, he just looked at me, then gave me a envelop. the he disappeared. Of course i opened the envelop, there was a photograph. it just a montain in the photo, and there was two "L" behind the photo, and i didn't care. it was been a while, Larry didn't appear, so i just went home.
One day passed. I heard a very awful news and i got shocked: Larry is dead, his head was disappeared. must took by somebody. I felt faint and I just want to throw up.
At the night that day, I was in my room along, I just thought about our childhood. suddenly i remembered the photo. that was a very weird photo, i guessed the "LL" behaind the photo must be "Larry Lin", so, I looked the photo seriously, i found nothing, but when i just put the photo away from my eyes, a red point flashed through my brain, I just looked the photo again, i found a red point on the top of the montain, but it just a point, because that photo contains the whole montain, the point even smaller than the trees, so, i just took the photo to a photo studio, then they zoomed the picture, and when i saw the picture, I astonished, my legs felt weak and limp. That was a very man's backside, he was very thin and wearing a red coat.

Unexpectedly, I woke up. it was just a dream...

ThE MooN FeStiVal

The Moon festival is a Chinese original festival which is very popular in China. At this festival, the chinese family are font of watch the moon, because the moon is in the most round period during this festival. Therefore, this is a reunion for Chinese family. In addition, we always eat the Moon cake, its a Chinese original food, we put wheat flour around some sweet food, we also carve some word or picture on the cake, make the cake more special. Unfortunately, we can't celebrate this paticular festival in China, but we celebrated the last one in Iowa City. We had a big party at that day, we were so happy.

The weather is changing.

The weather is changing, it's getting colder and colder, not only the temperature represent the weather changes, but also the trees. the weather changes is not that apparent. it's a smooth changing. you can't feel the exactly changing, but in Iowa city, i woke up in the morning, I suddenly feel the colour of tree is changed. furthermore, the trees' colour don't change in the same time. i do saw a lot of trees' with yellow leafs, but by the side of these trees, still have some trees with absolutly green leafs, that was really surprise me. however, Both the trees in my country and iowa city are very beautiful.

My father taught me...

My father told me, if you wanna learn something, like music, history about another country, you must know that of your own country's first.
nowadays, a lot of people like make a thorough study of another country's culture. and they don't even know the culture about their own country, my father thinks that's very shame. he also thinks if you don't understand the things about your selves, you have no right to learn the others'.
if you still belong to the country where you born , i think you should learn the stuff of your own country's. then, you can learn whatever you want about foreign country.


It's a kind of patriotic.

I love all kinds of movie

This is the best homework I ever had because movies are a part of my life. In the last summer vacation, it was about two months, I watched 2 movies everyday. A lot movies I found on IMDB(http://www.imdb.com/). This is the biggest movie database on the earth. People can vote for their favorite movie. There has a Top250 movies, and The Godfather is still on the 1st place. This also is my favorite movie. I have watched a half of the top250, and here are several movies I highly recommend.

Once Upon a Time In Chicago

the IIeP student went to Chicago yesterday. we took 4 hours on the bus, but it was worth, we saw the buildings that more than 10 floors, i never saw one in Iowa. there were a lot of awesome stuff in Chicago, but i am telling a thing that scared me.when we on the bus back wo Chicago, one of my friend said there was a tornado in Iowa, i thought it just a tornado, i don't give a shit, then he said it was in the northwest, it scared the shit out of me, because i live in northwest, but i could do nothing at that time, just sat. it was rainning and blowing last night. so i looked out of the bus, the black cloud was close, and the bus was shaking sometimes. i even thought what would i do if the tornado obliterate everything, especially my underware, that's extremly bad!
